Step 3 –  In front of Each HITs  you will find various terms for example – Time allotted  , Requester , Reward amount , Description and qualification required .

•  Here Time allotted means – you have to finish the project/work  within the allotted time .

Step 4 – Now you can proceed to complete the HITs / task / work in the given time limit and as per the instruction given in the description , if you successfully complete the task , you need to submit the task to the requester , Now the requester will view your job which you have done and do ok , thene the reward amount fixed for the task will be credited in to your  Mturk Account Balance , if the requester find some thing wrong with the task then he will tell you do correct the mistake and submit again .

Step 5 – Now  you can do other HITs available on the website , the Reward amount for hits is very small ie it ranges between 0.5 cents to few $ dollars . but the positive thing is that the task are very simple and can be easily completed within few minutes .

How does Amazon mechanical Turk make the payment to workers ? Does it pay via pay pal ?

Whatever amount will you earn will display in your account balance in the dashboard of Amazon mturk , but you will not be allowed to withdraw for first 10 days from completing your 1st HITs . After that you can transfer the amount to your bank account , via direct electronic transfer to your bank account , or either by amazon card . Amazon mturk does not pay via pay pal as of now.
